A focused content and brand programme covering AI video production, full menu design, meal plan carousels, and educational still posts featuring nutritional benefits.
Challenge
Health and nutrition brands compete in one of the noisiest categories on social. The audience needs to be drawn in by what they see (the food, the lifestyle) and convinced by what they read (the science behind the meal plans).
Our brief required us to develop content with a consistent brand voice. Delivered across touchpoints that ranged from a printed menu to an Instagram carousel.

Solution
We developed a multi-format content system. AI videos brought meals to life with visual rhythm. A full menu redesign doubled as a brand artefact in its own right. Meal plan carousels were structured for save and share, not just scroll. Educational still posts translated the blue zones research into something the feed could actually digest.
