Challenge
International luxury developers sell properties before they exist. So how to capture the scale, the beauty, and the feel of something that hasn't been built yet?
We knew traditional photo and video wouldn't cut it, and that CGI alone would be too expensive and slow to iterate. So another solution was required to give people scrolling through the world's most produced luxury content a reason to stop, on a cadence that matched a global launch calendar.

We produced an AI-powered visual pipeline that delivered content for buildings, communities, and developments before a single foundation stone was laid on the building site.
CGI handled the moments that needed cinematic weight, while AI influencers carried the social-native cuts. Atmospheric, story-focused films ensured the emotional side landed, with project-launch graphics tying it all together.
